Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) lamb chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves crushed or chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

- Brush with Passion Fruit sauce and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (62.8 degrees C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with more Passion Fruit sauce on the side.
