Meet Our Chef
My desire and love for cooking started at an early age. My mom’s influence and enthusiastic approach to cooking, taught me valuable lessons that have fostered and developed my understanding and appreciation for food. I delight in how it is sourced, cooked, presented, and eaten. My passion is combining ingredients to enhance flavor profiles, ultimately creating a unique and delicious experience. My roots are 100% Jamaican with a humble respect for other countries, their cultures and cuisines.

Jamaican Street Food
On every street corner you can find food vendors preparing amazing dishes. With each offering their own extraordinary "peppa" sauce. Crushed Scotch Bonnet peppers releases warm fruity notes, as a secret blend of spices are added to the mixture. This fiery concoction has several variations, salty, sour or sweet but never without that familiar heat. Use it as a condiment or add it to your favorite sauces, the perfect compliment to everything you eat.
THE MOTIVE
Our food reflects our commitment to quality, with a thoughtful approach to preparation, by sourcing the freshest ingredients possible to boost flavors naturally. We achieve this by shopping and supporting local farmers as well as importing authentic Jamaican spices. We draw creative inspiration from the islands of the Caribbean.
